Communicating building safety information with you

Using an ideas board, you told us you’d welcome text or email updates about your block, but only if you opt-in. You told us to utilise our notice boards as a key way to communicate important building safety information. This is part of our wider programme to rejuvenate our notice boards. You told us you’d like us to use The Garden to share block specific updates with you. And this is what we’re doing.

We've also created private online spaces for customers who live in blocks which are undergoing major fire safety works. With access just to residents in your block, you’ll find copies of all the customer communications you’ll have received – and you can ask us any questions and suggest ideas during the major works programme.
