Every new shared owner will have an appointment with one of our team to see how you're settling-in to your new home. It’s an opportunity to answer any questions you might have, update you on your responsibilities as a homeowner and explain who you can go to if you need any help.
We’ve previously held our settling-in visits in person, but we’d like to offer every shared owner a virtual settling-in visit, either via the phone or video call.
